About Us

One Living Church has been established since January 31st 2016. OLC started in Pearland TX as a portable church, meeting in schools and gymnasiums. God opened the opportunity to have a permanent home in Alvin TX in 2023. We love this opportunity and are excited to serve this local community.

Pastor David and Stacey Tripp

David and Stacey are excited to be the pastors at One Living Church in Alvin. They were a part of a church in Webster TX for 16 years. David was a pastor there for nearly 4 years prior to being called to plant OLC. God has showed them many things throughout their life, including how to love and care for others through the power of Jesus Christ.

David and Stacey have two beautiful daughters, Tyler and Hanna. They also have two son-in-laws and a granddaughter, Seth, Kaleb and Selah. They have lived in Pearland since 2010 and love the community and the surrounding areas. David loves to study God's Word, hang out with his family and go fishing. Stacey loves to be in God's presence, spend time with loved ones and make things for others.

In May of 2015, God placed a vision and passion in their hearts to reach into their community and plant One Living Church. Through much prayer, listening to the Lord and hard work, OLC began on January 31st, 2016 in Pearland. God has now opened the doors for OLC to be in Alvin!

At OLC, we strive to meet people where they are in their journey and connect them to Jesus. We also want to serve all people, including the lonely, hurting, rejected and confused. We do not care where you have come from, or what you have done, we want to welcome you home. We want to help each person to become a disciple of Jesus that makes more disciples. We teach the truth of God's Word and equip individuals to Love, Live and Lead.
The Mission and Vision of OLC is to host an environment for everyone to be equipped to:
Love like the Father Loves,
to Live like Jesus in Power &
to Lead in the Spirit to Impact the World

"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Matthew 28-19-20
